Joomla is a one of the most popular Content Management System (CMS) Tool. It let you mange all your contents like Articles , News , Blog posts etc. To install Joomla usually You need web server and MySQL Service if you haven't any web hosting server no problem we have another method to install joomla but this method is testing purposes only!. with xampp (virtual web server) you can install joomla without web server. Follow all those introductions & let me know if you have any problem. lets do this.
Download Latest version of Joomla

Install Xampp and Open Xampp.
Start
Apache and MySQL Services
Unzip downloaded joomla file and copy it to htdocs folder (
C:\XAMPP\HTDOCS) (Rename Folder to
joomla or whatever you want :) (I Renamed it to Joomla))
Now open up your web browser type http://localhost/Joomla on address bar. (make sure you are started Apache and MySQL Service like
this picture)
Ok Now you should see The Joomla installer on your web browser! & we have to done 7 steps. do those steps carefully.
1st Step : Choose Your Language and press next (Choose Default Language)
